situated in the Victorian Spa Village of Strathpeffer, an ideal location
for exploring the Highlands. Ullapool and the west coast is only 40 miles
away, while you can motor to Inverness or the Black Isle in less than half
an hour. Birch Lodge is a comfortable, modern house with full central heating.
We offer two letting bedrooms, a double with ensuite facilities and a twin
with adjacent private facilities. Both rooms have colour television, radio
alarm and tea/coffee making facilities. As well as a good choice of breakfasts,
we also offer home cooked evening meals by arrangement. Please note that
Birch Lodge is a no smoking establishment. |

has just been built and is situated on the west coast of Skye with phenomenal
views across The Minch to The Outer Hebrides and the cliffs of Dunvegan Head.
We are open all year round and serve all meals including packed lunches.
3 good sized, centrally heated double bedrooms all with ensuite facilities
- master bedroom has jacussi bath. All bedrooms have TV, tea making facilities,
hairdryer & iron. Two of the bedrooms have additional comfortable folding
beds. The games room has a pool table, darts, assorted board games. The lounge
is spacious with a log burning stove, TV, DVD player, music centre, writing
desk, books & maps. We also have a selection of free leisure equipment
which comprises battery operated scooters, bicycles, fishing tackle, spotting
scope etc. The self catering unit next door is well equipped and can accommodate
3 people. We have a no smoking policy. |

and well equipped with tea or coffee-making facilities. Evening meals are
available - Rosanne does all of the cooking and her cuisine has received
awards for healthy eating. She offers guests traditional farmhouse fare prepared
with fresh locally obtained produce. Rosanne and Iain also have a one and
a half mile stretch of the River Nairn so fishing can also be organised if
required. Leanach Farm is situated just half a mile from the Culloden Battlefield
and Clava Cairns. Cawdor Castle and Fort George are just 8 miles away. Inverness
- the capital of the Highlands is just five miles away. |
