Drumnacree
House is situated in the old market town of Alyth and the hotel retains its
solid and comfortable grandeur. When approaching the hotel up its tree-lined
drive you are soon made aware of the warm and relaxing atmosphere. There
are six tastefully furnished ensuite double/twin bedrooms with tea/coffee
making facilities, television, alarm radios, and complimentary toiletries.
Private parking, pets by arrangement, vegetarian diets catered for, restricted
alcoholic licence. Come and eat in The Oven Bistro the only wood burning
oven in Tayside and watch your meal being cooked as you sit and relax using
vegetables and herbs from our own organic garden. Only an hour and a quarter
from Edinburgh, a few minutes more from Glasgow and half an hour from Dundee
and Perth. The town boasts three 18 hole golf courses. Open All Year.

a country house with a licensed restaurant, The Music Room, which has recently
been accredited 4 stars within the Taste of Scotland scheme. Auchterhouse
is a small village situated between Dundee, Perth and Alyth. It is in the
perfect position for the courses in Angus, Fife and Perthshire. Carnoustie,
St Andrews and Rosemount, Blairgowrie are all within a 25 minute drive. In
addition to the The Music Room restaurant, East Mains boasts a cocktail bar,
billiard room and guest lounges. Self catering flat also available. Good
food, fine wine and great golf!
